RECOMMENDED USE:
Shake well before use. When placed under the tongue and held for 30-45 seconds before swallowing, the oil will quickly absorb. If you'd like to use this oil on your skin, you can apply it directly or you can mix it with a moisturizer of your choice.
May be taken several times a day at various amounts. Consult your doctor to determine what's best for you.
