Should You Vape Or Use Tinctures With CBD? – CBD Instead

Should You Vape Or Use Tinctures With CBD?

Published on

One reason that medical marijuana is so popular is because of how many different ways you can take it. Not everyone can take pills or feel comfortable smoking a vape, so they have various options to choose from. Each different method will bring on different results, some taking time to get CBD in your system and others are almost immediately. The two most popular ways of taking CBD to get it in the bloodstream quick is vaping and tinctures.

Both vaping and dropping CBD oil will get into your bloodstream faster than taking pills or eating edibles. This is because they are bypassing the digestive system and sending CBD straight into the bloodstream to get to work. But of these methods, which one is best for you?

One of the reasons you are picking these methods of administration is because they work fast. But which works fastest? The tinctures use your skin and glands inside your mouth to get CBD in your body while vaping uses your lungs. Both methods only take a few minutes to take effect, and one is not noticeably faster than the other. So if you’re looking for speed, you still have a tough decision to make.

Tinctures are also easier to measure out. If you are starting CBD for the first time, and you are unsure of how much to take, tinctures make it easy to slowly build your dose up accurately.

Tinctures get a scoring point because they don’t bring heat to delicate throats. The vapor isn’t toxic or harmful; it is the heat that may agitate a tender throat. The hot vapors may agitate the weak areas, making the condition feel worse before it gets better. Just skip that step altogether and do tincture drops to get relief without paying the price.

Tinctures aren’t for everyone, though. Many people are more comfortable going on a vape break at work opposed to dropping liquid into their mouths at their desk. Some may find it easier to stay dosed when they make a habit out of medicating. Vaping CBD may also be a great way to quit smoking tobacco and nicotine, giving you the sensation of smoking but healing you instead of hurting you.

Both methods are a great way to take CBD and get relief quickly. They may ease panic attacks in minutes, they might stop seizures in their tracks, and they may even pull someone out of the harrowing depths of a depressive episode.
