The state that you reach when singing may be able to help with this inflammation which can lead to a stronger immune system.

The brain ages like the rest of our body, and many seniors struggle with standard activities because of it. Singing has shown in studies to help seniors with emotional and social health as well as helping with cognitive functions. Singing showed to help improve learning, recall, and memory. It is never too early or too late to start toning your brain the way you would your biceps, so get to singing!

While you don’t have to be a professional to benefit from singing, being in an atmosphere with other singers may provide the best results.
